Who we are
This website, wilsonmeloncelli.com, is operated by C Wilson Meloncelli Limited, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom (Companies House number SC445818), trading as Wilson Meloncelli. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout this policy refer to C Wilson Meloncelli Limited.
For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller of any personal information you provide through this site.
If you have questions about this policy, your data, or want to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at wilson@wilsonmeloncelli.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal information collected through wilsonmeloncelli.com and any sub-pages, assessments, opt-in forms, or contact mechanisms hosted under the same domain. It also covers data we process through our connected business systems (listed below) when that processing originates from your interaction with this site.
Information we collect
1. Information you give us directly
When you fill in a form on this site, you provide some or all of the following:
- Name (typically first name)
- Email address
- Phone number (where applicable)
- Company, role, and team size (for the Flow Team Rhythm Assessment)
- Your responses to assessment questions, when you complete the Flow Rhythm Assessment or the Flow Team Rhythm Assessment
- Any message content you send us via reply, contact form, or booking note
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, we collect limited technical information automatically:
- Device and browser information (type of device, browser version, operating system)
- IP address and approximate location (country / region level, not specific address)
- Pages viewed, time on page, click paths, scroll depth
- Aggregate page-view counts and referral sources, captured anonymously via Plausible Analytics (see Cookies and Tracking below). No cookies. No individual session recordings.
3. Information from third-party services
If you book a call through Calendly, complete a form that flows into our CRM, or take an assessment, we receive the data those services pass to us. We do not buy or rent contact lists.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Deliver what you requested — your assessment report, video series access, book waitlist confirmation, or scheduled call
- Send follow-up emails related to the content or experience you opted into, in line with the sequence you signed up for
- Personalise the experience — for example, using your assessment results to tailor what your follow-up emails contain
- Respond to your enquiries and communicate about coaching, programmes, or anything you have asked about
- Improve the site and our work — analysing patterns in how the assessments, pages, and content are used, so we can make them more useful
- Comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities where required
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis for processing
Where data protection law applies (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance), we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you opt in to a form, signing up for a sequence, taking an assessment, or joining a waitlist
- Performance of a contract — when you have engaged us for coaching or consulting and we need to process your information to deliver the work
- Legitimate interests — for analytics, site improvement, and contacting people who have actively engaged with our content, in ways that do not override your rights and freedoms
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to retain or disclose information
Third-party services we use
This site is built on, or connected to, several third-party services that may process your information on our behalf. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify — hosts the website. Privacy policy
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform. Stores contact details, tags, custom fields, and email sequence engagement. Privacy policy
- Mailgun — handles outbound email delivery on our behalf, signing emails with our verified domain (send.wilsonmeloncelli.com). Privacy policy
- Google Workspace — our inbox and document collaboration. Mail you send to us is stored in our Workspace account. Privacy policy
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, EU-hosted website analytics. Provides anonymous, aggregate page-view counts, referral sources, and country-level location. Plausible uses no cookies and does not collect personal data or device fingerprints. Privacy policy
- Calendly — schedules calls and consultations. When you book, Calendly passes your name, email, and selected time to us. Privacy policy
- Typeform — collects some application and booking inputs. Privacy policy
- Wistia — video hosting for our sales videos and content. Privacy policy
- Google Fonts — typography. Privacy policy
SMS opt-in and your phone number
This section governs the SMS programme operated by C Wilson Meloncelli Limited, a company registered in Scotland (UK Companies House number SC445818), trading as Wilson Meloncelli.
How you opt in to SMS
You opt in to SMS only by actively ticking a separate, optional, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox on one of our web forms (the dedicated SMS opt-in page, the Flow Rhythm Assessment at /flow-rhythm-audit, or the Team Flow Rhythm Assessment at team.wilsonmeloncelli.com). SMS consent is never a required condition for completing any other service we provide.
What messages we send under SMS opt-in
- Promotional messages — coaching offers, programme launches, event invitations, and service announcements.
- Transactional messages — appointment reminders for booked consultation calls, booking confirmations, follow-up coordination, and replies to your direct enquiries.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement. Typically up to 4 messages per month per subscriber. Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
How to opt out
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or email wilson@wilsonmeloncelli.com. Opt-out is processed immediately on receipt of STOP.
No sharing of SMS opt-in information with third parties
The phone number and personal information collected through SMS opt-in are not shared, sold, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to any third party for their marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. No mobile information collected through SMS opt-in is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This is a firm, categorical commitment that applies to every channel of SMS opt-in we operate.
The only processors who handle your SMS data are those strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have requested — currently GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) as the SMS workflow platform, Twilio as the carrier interface, and the underlying mobile network carriers. Each operates under contractual data-protection obligations consistent with this policy and with applicable A2P 10DLC and TCPA requirements in the United States and GDPR in the United Kingdom and European Union.
Data security for SMS
Phone numbers and consent records are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) under encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Consent records (including timestamp, source URL, and the verbatim consent text the user agreed to) are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for two years after opt-out to evidence consent in the event of a compliance audit.
Your rights regarding SMS data
You may at any time: (a) withdraw consent by replying STOP, (b) request access to the SMS data we hold about you, (c) request correction or deletion of that data, or (d) request a copy of the consent record. Contact wilson@wilsonmeloncelli.com to exercise any of these rights.
Carriers
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, EE, O2, and Vodafone) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we protect your data
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption in transit — all communication between your browser and this site uses HTTPS / TLS encryption
- Authenticated email infrastructure — outbound emails are signed with DKIM and authenticated with SPF and DMARC records on our domain
- Reputable service providers — we use established, security-audited platforms (Google Workspace, Netlify, GoHighLevel, Mailgun, Plausible) that maintain industry-standard security practices
- Access controls — personal data is accessible only by authorised personnel who need it to deliver our Services
- Limited retention — data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected (see "How long we keep your data" below)
- Incident response — in the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law
No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your data may have been compromised, contact us at wilson@wilsonmeloncelli.com.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this site:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled.
- No analytics cookies — we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and GDPR-compliant by default. It records anonymous, aggregate visit counts without tracking individuals.
- First-party local storage — we store a randomly generated, anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage so we can recognise repeat visits and the source link you arrived from (e.g. social channel, referral link). This identifier does not contain personal data and is not shared with third parties. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for wilsonmeloncelli.com.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media tracking pixels, or session-recording tools on this site.
International data transfers
Because we operate across multiple jurisdictions, and use third-party services hosted in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and other countries, your information may be transferred to and stored in countries other than the one you live in.
We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection law. Most of our service providers are certified under recognised data transfer frameworks (Standard Contractual Clauses, UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or equivalent), and have committed to handling data with at least the same level of protection it would receive under UK or EU law.
How long we keep your data
We retain personal information for as long as it is relevant to the purpose it was collected for, and as long as you remain on our email list or actively engaged with our work.
If you unsubscribe, ask to be deleted, or have not engaged with us for a sustained period, we will delete or anonymise your data. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax or accounting purposes).
Your rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to you, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a question or complaint is resolved
- Portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent you have previously given, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Complain to a regulator — lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (the ICO in the UK, your local data protection authority in the EU, or the PCPD in Hong Kong)
To exercise any of these rights, email wilson@wilsonmeloncelli.com. We will respond within 30 days where the law requires it.
Email and unsubscribing
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will stop sending you marketing communications, although we may continue to contact you about anything you have actively engaged us for (a coaching booking, a programme purchase, etc.).
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated more prominently, including by email to active subscribers where appropriate.
