My Story

How I got here.

A short introduction. The route from extreme-sports career to the work I do now, and what it taught me about how performance actually breaks and gets rebuilt.

The short version is this.

Years of chasing peak performance through every channel I could find — the discipline route, the sports science route, the neuroscience route, the ancient-practices route. None of them were wrong. They were just incomplete on their own.

The integration is the part that matters. The nervous system underneath every method, the regulation that turns a tool into a skill, and the rhythm that lets you access it consistently instead of in flashes.

That's the work now. The Mavericks programme, the assessments, the book — they all sit on top of one observation: when the operating system is right, the application is mostly downstream.
